General Manager

Giselle has over twenty years experience in early childhood education and holds a range of relevant early childhood and management qualifications including Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services, Diploma of Community Services (Childcare) and a Certificate III in Children’s Services. As General Manager of Elephas Education, Giselle is responsible for managing and operating our high quality early learning centres focusing on best practice, financials, recruitment and HR, customer service and compliance. Giselle is passionate about exceeding the early childhood education and care standards for children. Giselle prides herself on leading a dedicated team of Operations Managers and Centre Managers to ensure the highest level of care and education is delivered.

Priscilla Farry
Business Manager

With an extensive number of years experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, and holding a Diploma of Children’s Services, Priscilla understands the early childhood education industry well. Priscilla has held a range of positions in services and support office’s throughout her career, from Educator to Centre Manager. Now, as the Business Manager for Elephas Education, Priscilla oversees all administrative aspects of centre support, business financials and manages all marketing projects. She is also heavily involved in the new centre start up process from design through to build and licensing. Priscilla holds a strong advocacy for the Early Years Learning Framework and its authentic implementation. Priscilla is dedicated to providing quality early childhood education that prepares children for the next phase of their education.

Mellissa Dimauita
Quality and Compliance Manager

Mellissa has been an advocate for exceeding practices in the Early Years sector since 2005 holding an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services. Mellissa has been involved in all aspects of the early childhood education business, including being part of the assessment and rating process several times and receiving exceeding results as a Centre Manager (Nominated Supervisor). Mellissa has also gone on to complete a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and was fortunate enough to work as a trainer within the industry also. This training and experience has given Mellissa great insight into how to best support, train, and mentor staff in her role at Elephas Education. Mellissa’s extensive support within the company heavily focuses on the commitment to quality and compliance of each operational service.

Boe Hasanovic
Operations Manager

Boe has near 20years in early childhood education and has undertaken a variety of roles and management positions over the years. As Operations Manager, Boe is responsible for managing all aspects of the new centre set-up process prior to licensing and operation. She monitors the training of new employees whilst working with our Centre Managers to ensure the vision and philosophies of Elephas Education are sustained. Boe is also responsible for creating and implementing the incredible Elephas Education centre events whilst also maintaining and managing our social media channels. Boe has a true passion for seeing children thrive as independent learners in an environment that is created to challenge and excel their capabilities. She looks forward to creating a positive centre experience for all children and their families.
